Scholarship opportunity for postgraduate students

The Heinrich Böll Stiftung Foundation will be giving scholarships on rural development or renewable energy/energy efficiency

The Heinrich Böll Stiftung Foundation will be giving scholarships to students whose main area o study is rural development or renewable energy/energy efficiency, and who will be writing their dissertation on these issues, starting from their second or third semester, up to three semesters.
